Product Introduction
The process design and manufacturing of FZB fluoroplastic self-priming centrifugal pump (referred to as FZB self-priming pump) combined with non-metallic pump. It can pump liquids below the installation position of the pump, with stable performance and simple operation. Simply fill the pump with liquid before the first use, and there is no need to fill it for the second and subsequent uses. It can be turned on directly. The dynamic seal adopts advanced external PTFE corrugated tube mechanical seal, which has multiple layers of protection and extends the service life of the mechanical seal. For conveying media containing impurity particles, it can be equipped with a single end hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. Therefore, when selecting, users need to consider the solid content in the medium. Practical use has shown that the pump has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, and easy disassembly and maintenance.
Adopting advanced external hybrid axial return water pump body structure design, the pump body is composed of suction chamber, storage chamber, volute shell, return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts (see schematic diagram for structure). After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller to form a gas-liquid mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute shell, and as the flow rate decreases, it causes gas-liquid separation. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump chamber through the reflux hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is gradually emptied, forming a certain degree of vacuum in the pump chamber. The liquid in the low-level tank flows towards the pump inlet under atmospheric pressure, achieving self-priming. This series of self-priming processes is automatically completed by the pump within 1 to 3 minutes of start-up, without manual intervention. When the liquid fills the pump inlet pipeline and pump chamber, the pump group It automatically enters the normal operating state. All overcurrent components in this series of products are made of fluoroplastic alloy and have self-priming function. They are designed specifically for some special chemical processes and sections that require extracting raw materials above the liquid level. The shaft seal adopts advanced external corrugated tube mechanical seal, and the sealing surfaces for grinding are available in silicon carbide, ceramic, PTFE, and hard alloy. This series of products has the advantages of compact structure and easy operation and maintenance, and can replace submersible pumps to a certain extent. The self-priming height can be determined within 1 to 3 meters based on the density of the medium.
FZB fluoroplastic self-priming pumps are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, as well as chemical, pesticide, papermaking, acid washing processes, electronics, and environmental protection. Applicable temperature:- 20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
